Art Among the Stars

Our spring art showcase was truly out of this world! Scholars have been hard at work creating art masterpieces in Ms. Powell's art class this year. There was everything from glazed clay creations to mixed media pieces at the show. It was truly a night where every scholar's creativity got to shine bright!

Career Day

Scholars got a chance to explore their future career options by traveling through several stations where they got to speak with experts from different fields. We want to thank all of our community volunteers who came to share their passion and experience with our Dolphins!

Third Graders are Blasting Off!

Third grade blasted off their celebration of learning recently. Scholars have been working hard learning about space, planets and astronauts. Storytime Superheros

Our storytime superhero club really found their reading groove. These superheroes found their own cozy spot in the library, selected their favorite "book buddy" to snuggle up with and enjoyed a book of their choice.

Stono park is a wonderful school! The teachers and staff are dedicated professionals that care deeply about students in the school. It offers a balanced curriculum, which has a well -placed emphasis on reading and mathematics and at the same time includes art, music, computer and physical education. My grandson started going to Stono Park in CD and is currently in the 5th grade; he loves the school and the teachers, and as a grandparent I am extremely satisfied with his progress and intervention he receives to excel.

"This was our daughter's 1st year of school and is in CD. It's only halfway through the year and we can not believe how much she has learned!...She has gained so much confidence this year and loves going to school everyday...She even tells us she wants to be a teacher when she grows up...It's unbelievable what a positive impact CD has had on her. Thank you, thank you, Stono Park Elementary!!"
